What is a container house?

Container House, as the name implies, are houses built using a combination of containers, with containers as the main material. Containers are large steel boxes used to transport goods. They are widely used in international logistics and transportation because of their safety, reliability, and reusability. The idea of using containers to build houses originated from a new type of construction technology invented by American architects in the late 1990s.

Disadvantages of prefab container house:

1.There are many requirements for the construction environment. Although the construction environment requirements are not as high as those of traditional houses, there are still certain requirements for the surrounding environment. The foundation must be solid, the load-bearing effect must be good, and the terrain must be flat and not prone to geological disasters; 2. The comfort is poor in summer, and the air conditioner must be turned on continuously to maintain a comfortable living space; 3. The space area of a single modular house is small. Although it can be lengthened, widened, and heightened, the amount of increase is limited.
